Question: If 12% of a cell’s DNA is Guanine, what percentage is Thymine? Edit
Answer: According to the Chargaff's rules, the DNA has 1:1 ratio of purine bases (cytosine and thymine) and pyrimidine bases (guanine and adenine).
Here Guanine is 12%
So, cytosine will be 12%
Hence the % of thymine will be (100-24)/2 =38% Edit
