**3. Write the value of :**

**(i)** |-23| = 23

**(ii)** |0| = 0

**(iii)** - |-3| = - 3

**(iv)** 8 - |-6| = 8 - 6 = 2

**(v)** |-3| + |-7| = 3 + 7 = 10

**4. State True/False :**

**(i)** The smallest positive integer is 0 => False

**(ii)** 0 is greater than every positive integer => False

**(iii)** The absolute value of 7 is -7 => False

**(iv)** The opposite of -8 is 8 => True
